A few months ago, our company decided to look for a building to rent in a nearby town. We found a property which had been standing empty for months. The building, which had once been the headquarters of the local government, was available for rent. It also seemed very suitable in terms of its size and the number of rooms. In addition, it was convenient to get to by underground. However, there was one unexpected problem. There were squatters in the building and they refused to move. Rather than starting an argument, the company decided to set up its business in a different location.
